Important : In CanXpek we use terms like  expert, mentor, adviser with almost same meaning.

Am I too young to be an expert?Information technology is a fast changing sector. Learning never ends. Since the technology is always young, you do not need years of practice to start a work. That is the reason why it belongs to young people.

Am I too old to be an expert? Today's Information technology is a vast field too. It is growing in all directions. Nobody can master it fully. Years of experience gives an overall picture. This why old people like me also can survive here.

Who is an expert ? If you are already exposed to this filed you can be an expert. This will make anybody  with even one month experience an expert. What you need to have is a mind to help others and an exposure to the field.

Why should one become a Career adviser?  Do you want to help others and in turn make some extra income? This is a great career which you can pursue independently all time. As long as you are able to speak to people this should give you a means for living. There is no age bar. Are you 80? You are still young to be part of canXpek. Are you just 20? You are old enough to be an adviser in canXpek.

What should I do? Do you have a long years of experience in the field? Then form a team. Are you too young? Then join a team.

From where can I get fresh candidate to train or advise?  canXpek will be marketed to young people through colleges, and media. We expect a lot of people to join us and they will be looking for an adviser to help them get a job.
